2. Medical Disclaimer

• Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding your allergies and dietary restrictions
• The App's recommendations are based on available data and may not be complete or accurate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of allergen information provided by restaurants or food manufacturers
• Always verify allergen information directly with restaurant staff and food manufacturers
• In case of severe allergies, always carry appropriate emergency medications (e.g., EpiPen)
• If you experience an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscription and Payment

Alleri offers premium subscription services. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FROM ALLERGIC REACTIONS.
